This approach involves deploying best practices and strategic analyses across the value chain. It is in this context that Frost & Sullivan recognises Kaisan's valuable achievements.
This is indeed the case. Since 2014, Frost & Sullivan has been focusing on Khe Sanh, which is just starting to globalise, and has continued to track and study Khe Sanh. In 2015, KAIZEN formally adopted ‘Contributing to Saving the Planet’ as its core mission, which it has implemented in two areas: continuously improving the energy efficiency of compressors and becoming a new energy company. After nearly 10 years of hard work, KAIZEN has succeeded. Currently, KAIZEN has become one of the most influential companies in the field of geothermal energy development in the world, and KAIZEN has been highly recognised by Frost & Sullivan in the global market of compressors based on its ability to innovate and the consequent expansion of its market share by driving the industry to sustainably improve the efficiency of its energy use. Here is a special quote from the Frost & Sullivan award speech:
Air compression remains a highly energy-intensive and carbon-emitting part of industrial operations, with compressed air accounting for 40% of total energy costs in European plants (equivalent to nearly 10 TWh of electricity and 4.3 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions per year) ...... Therefore, manufacturers who actively invest in the design and production of technologically advanced,

Earlier this year, Frost & Sullivan Chairman, Mr David Frigstad, informed us of the reasons for Khe Sanh's award: Frost & Sullivan's global team of growth pipeline specialists continually identifies and evaluates growth opportunities across a wide range of industries, technologies, and geographies around the world. In our ongoing efforts, we anchor companies energy-efficient and cost-effective compressed air systems that meet changing customer needs, they will be able to witness strong growth in the global industrial air compressor market.Frost & Sullivan's study found that Kaishan Group Corporation (Kaishan) is a torchbearer in this regard.
The core values of KAIZEN's strategy are ‘People, Customers, and Technology Drive the Future’, and Frost & Sullivan particularly noted KAIZEN's ability to differentiate itself by focusing on continuous market-driven innovations, and by proactively adapting and expanding its large product portfolio. They commented that KAIZEN ‘has the insight and vision to develop air compression systems that will never go out of style’! They also highlighted that ‘KAIZEN owns all intellectual property rights to its core technology, which is covered by more than 150 patents worldwide’. As a matter of fact, KAIZEN has 303 patents around the world, which not only makes it the Chinese compressor company with the largest number of proprietary intellectual property rights, but also provides KAIZEN with a ‘moat’ to maintain its competitive advantage.
